Update rate for Switch Inputs in SDL

I noticed that the SDL manual states the update values for all inputs channels except the switch input (page47-48 in the manual). Can anyone tell me if they are the same as for the digital inputs (100Hz)?

The update rate for the switch inputs in the SDL are 50 Hz.
