i2 standard save a Layout with Windows Vista

Hi my Name is Peter
i am working with the i2 standard now i have a Laptop with Windows Vista and every time i close the Programm
and start it up new
all the settings i have changed in the Layout are Reset i installed it new and tried all settings to get it right but i didnt get it can someone help me.

i2 Standard should always remember your last settings.

Are you logged in as an administrator?
