Hello
Is there anyone who knows the settings for the flywheel of a Renault Clio Williams or generally Renault?

Thanks alot for all hints.

Is there no Renault-user or a specialist?
I can email the REF/SYNC-Capture if this helps. Unfortunately it's impossible to attach *.rsc2 in here.

Hi friend.

I don´t have experience with Renault.. but, i have experience to work with much more exotic engines that i never find ready information regarding ref, sync and CRIP setup.. so, for me is usual this kind of situation.

If you tell me the engine code, the crank trigger wheel type, sync type (if you don´t know, take a picture of trigger point or disk in the camshaft or pulley), we can discovery together the correct sync/ref setup.

Arent most Renaults just a 60-2 ?

The newest one's yes, but the older ones, including the Clio Williams were 44-2 or better 44-2-2!?

I will only be in my shop tonight, so, i cannot open the capture now and also cannot open the MoTec software to check which modes are accepted.

But by picture, it is 44-2-2. First, we have to check if MoTec support this mode in software.

If not, i think is better to use different ref and sync trigger. You can fit some other Renault conventional 60-2 flywheel (check the bolt pattern and also clutch diameter) and fit a one tooth cam trigger. With this, you can run in conventional mode 7 in MoTec. Is very easy to arrange in this setup.
