what is the easy way to calculate ref/sync moode

i need to know what is the easy way to calculate ref/sync moode for any engine by motec software??

You need to understand the way we do things so it is not really a "calculation" thing. Have a read of the help screens when you highlight the ref/sync mode in the ECU this will give you plenty to go by. The dificulty is with OEM modes where (for example) Suzuki wil use a specific mode for one engine and then use a Mazda mode for another.
