Does MoTeC have any applications for iPad or iPhone? To get and show MaTeC data on it.

It would make sense to use an iPad with i2.

MoTeC software is not supported on any Apple products.
There is already enough work involved in supporting all of the versions of the major Operating systems.
As for touch screen devices themselves, the intricate nature of settings, configuration, selection and alike make them not a suitable applicaion fo this type of device.
