M84 when the TP gets lower, engine stops

Postby hitlvyuan on Tue Jul 19, 2011 7:23 pm

Our engine can run smoothly with diffdrent TPs.
But after the TP gets to 0%,it always stop.
Temperature >100 ℃
lambda<0.85

Now I have a problem with M84 ECU.

When I change the throttle position from 80% to 0(idle) at about 110 ℃,the engine always can not idle.

It always runs at idle speed(1300RPM) for a few seconds, then the speed down to 1000 and 700 and lower, then stops.

And the lamdad that time is 0.8 and sometime even is 0.7.

But when I start the engine,it can idle normally.

I have changed the engine temperature cmop and reduced the fuel at idle.

So I think I should set up the fuel decel.
But I do not know how to set it up.

Please help me.

And do you think what results in this? :)

Thank you!

Read this thread for Fuel decel clamp and all the related settings:

With the TP, is the engine still getting enough air to idle? ie through idle valve etc

Thank you very much.
It seems like that when the engine with high temperature, the idle is hard to keep running.
