Lambda setup

Hi,
I have a M800 and a Bosch 0 258 007 057 lambda sensor. I have tried to wire it up as the instruction for a LSU 4.2 sensor, but get no respons from the sensor. Can anyone help me with the setup and the wiring? It seems that the heating function is not working.
