SDL3 Comunication

I have just bought a SDL3, and are trying to connect to the computer. I see that the loom have an USB conector in it, but in the manual it sais that it can only be conected via ethernet... What am I going to do? I tried to conect via Ethernet by the USB conector but only get a message that the Conection is limited or not working at my ethernet conection. The cabeling is correct with the cabel made for USB/Ethernet.
Can someone please help me with this issue?

You see step by step how to communicate with the SDL3
SDL3 support only Ethernet, no USB possible....
