New AUX output function wanted

I'm looking for ignition bank output.
Let it be 0 if the last ignition occurred in bank 0 and 1 if it was in bank 1.

Hi Mazi,
Don't think that will be so good if you want a 0, 1, 0, 1 type output to occur syncronized with the crank. Let me know what you are actually wanting to achieve and we might be able to think of something else.

I want to switch between two knock sensors on OKM. Engine is 3.8 flat six. ECU is M800.

Tacho output is tied to the sync, if you were lucky and had alternate firing bank to bank and a number of cylinders usable for the tacho divide by function you could use this.

Would tacho pulses per rev * 1.5 do this on a 6 cyl if alternate bank firing order is present?

If you have a single sync tooth then you could use it and the knock window output with some logic to do what you want.

Maybe someone from Motec can confirm that the tacho output pulse is tied to the significant sync trigger edge? If so, from there it would be pretty easy, do a ref/sync capture, map out what cylinder fires prior to the significant sync edge.

It is common for me to share knock window signal with tacho. MoTeC plugin ecus are also connected this way.
Knock window output can be configured as "angle measured after TDC". If start angle is set to 0 signal should be there also.

I know that it is possible to do that with some additional logic. But one single wire with new setup option is much more elegant way to use an undocumented feature of OKM. It is really stupid to use knock sensor two foots away from engine head if there is another one sensor (or two) on the right place already fitted.
