accel clamp chart recorder

Postby Lip on Sat Aug 30, 2008 3:31 am

Hi,

I am using ecu manager 3.41g. When using a chart recorder for accel clamp the chart just bounces up and down with no reference to the values I get when I logg and look at it with i2 software.
Can I do something to make the ecu-software charting real values?

Thanks Lip

Looks like you have the sensitivity or ACC clamp cranked up too high or you have a problem with your TPS sensor

Hi sprintertrd,

I was thinking the same but the result is equal when I use just one value for clamp without using Y- or X- axis.
Furthermore the chart looks like it should when you logg it and watch it with i2-software. Maybe its a bug.

Could someone else try if the this chartrecorder works?

Thanks Lip

I have checked this. There appears to be a problem with the way this channel is being reported by ECU Manager, not specifically by a chart recorder. The channel is working correctly within the ECU and is being reported correctly when logged. I will enter this in to our fault tracking system.
