m4 on yamaha fzr waverunner

Hi guys merry christmas to you all,
can i fit an m4 motec ecu to fzr with just buying the correct loom from motec my mate is selling ecu for a good price,Then is it a case of downloading the correct file to suit my mods, riva stage 1 no mods to supercharger as yet also if this is the case, what is the part number for such loom and is there any down falls of using m4,many thanks for reply

There are no adapter looms or start files for the M4. All the jet ski installs are based on the M400 marine ECU.
