M48 6th gear ratio input issue

M48 installed in subaru gc8 piggy back changed to six speed gearbox tried to load 6th ratio into settings. shift light comes on and stays on change the setting back to no ratio for 6th its all good again. ecu version is v6.06c any help would be great.
