M48 on Holden V8

Postby gmh265 on Thu Oct 07, 2010 4:20 pm

Hello Guys,

I am looking at fitting an M48 to my new engine, I believe it will be reasonably easy but I thought i would post here to double check.

I will be using a VT dizzy to get both Ref and sync signal
I would like to use LS1 style coils on it, I think I would need to use an IEX - Ignition expander

also would like to keep the idle air control valve working.. would this leave me with any spare outputs to run a warning or shift light?

to use traction control I assume I need a traction control multiplexer or can i just hook front wheel speed and drive shaft speed to the two digi inputs?

cheers
