Software upgrade problem.

Hallo all.
I have 2 M800 PnP ECU #10575 #10961
I need upgrade this ECU`s from 3.52J2 to 3.52P2
When i try it I see message window "Device is not in loader. The CAN Data Rate setting may be incorrect.)
Others ECU were updated well.
Can any one help me?

Go to "TOOLS" menu and then "Connection settings" and change the CAN comms rate.

If its 1M change it to 500K. If its 500K change it to 1M

You should do this before you connect to the ECU

The ECU you have is a 500K one to suit the can bus in the car.
Although you can communicate with it at 1Mb you can only upgrade it at 500K

It is true for ECU, marked 500к on a socket only.
