is this coils complatable with m400 ?

in description of item is written : The coil charges when a 5 volt signal is applied to pin A, and fires when the voltage drops to zero.

can i use it with motec ?

This is build-in ignitor coil.
I think the logic signal from the MoTeC can drive this coil directly.

I use this coils on my vauxhall engine and it works great. I have m800. You have to choose (fall trigger) on ignition setup.
