Can anyone suggest the best Ref sync mode to use with a single cylinder 2 stroke.
1 magnetic crank sensor, no sync sensor.

Many thanks.

Being a 2 stroke, it shouldn't need a sync sensor. 36-1, 60-2 ect should work.

A 36-2 would probably be best. Is this engine electric start?

No electric start.
It's a push start racing bike.
The std trigger wheel has 1 short tooth followed by 1 long tooth. Is there any mode where this could be used?

We wouild need to see the trigger pattern but it doesn't sound like smething that would work very well with M800. THe 36-2 should be ok though.
