No Lambda Control issue

I have a strange issue. Lambda control has stopped working for some reason.
I have M800 with PLM connected via can. (NTK sensor)

I still see lambda on the PLM & ECU manager but the short & Long trim has stopped working.

I checked my Logs & have no conflicting operations Ie Accel enrich ect but no closed loop/lambda trim.

I do however have a Lambda error on the logs recently that appeared during normal running (cruise) & error group 1 shows NO. 16 not sure what that means? However the lambda reading on the log seemed to be fine?

I have been watching every parameter to do with Lambda on ECU Manager whith the engine running & everything shows normal, but lambda control will not turn on.

Am I missing something?
