engine stopped and didn`t start

Postby fetzi on Wed Apr 28, 2010 1:06 am

hi guys,

i have following problem.
last race the car went off the track because of a harmless accident and the engine stopped. the driver tried to start the engine again, but it had taken about one minute until the car started. i looked at the data logging and in this time period there was no fuel pressure, no ignition and logically no fuel to start the engine. the engine temperature was about 80 degrees celsius, not very hot, there is no compensation at this temperature.

is there a safety function programmed at a m800 or what could be the reason?

thanks for answers.

best regards
dominik

Hi,
You really need to check the thing synced up and was happy to run. There are no "crash" saftey settings in the ECU.
