Chopper Disks

Postby rx7brain on Tue Mar 23, 2010 1:32 pm

Does anyone know where or who makes a chopper disk with a OD of between 100mm - 110mm?
Or the CAD code so I can get one cut.

If I can find one that size I can run it behind the gilmer.

What type of choper disk are you looking for?

I have attached the 60-2 and 36-1 dimensions, these where copied from Bosch (they are the inventors of it).

You could try http://www.emachineshop.com/ which allows you to design and draw what you want and then get the part made

Thanks Turby and Figgie.
Great info.

I ended up sourcing one nearly exactly the size I was after from a place in the UK, triggerwheels.com.
AU$45 delivered, figured that would be hard to beat.

That emachineshop concept is awesome, I will remember that.
