CDI8 wiring to M800

According to the Motec Manual the Can bus is only for diagnosis purposes. I've connected pin T to pin A3. Shall I connect the can bus from the CDI8 to the rest of the system CAN BUS

Personally, Not needed unless you have a SDL3/ADL3/ACL on the bus collecting that information.
