Lap timing

The lap time is based around the vehicle passing through a GPS beacon point.

We note when you pass it the first time. we then count (using the internal clock, nothing to do with GPS time) until you pass that same point again.

so if you had reception at the beacon, and none again till you go to the beacon again, you would still get accurate lap times.
