Hi Stephane,
1. To switch to the alternative multiconfig slots you need to wire your AT5 & AT6 inputs to ground through switches. That way you have a total of 4 different setups. Boost, fuel, ignition, VVT, corrections, fuel, etc. etc.
2. The M800 is far more flexible and far more faster than any boost controller on the market, so no point using boost controller to control the boost. Once you try it with Motec you will never would want to go back to the stone age
Compare your logs with the boost controller and Motec controlling the boost (provided its properly setup). You can use the solenoid from this boost controller with the Motec. Its working frequency is 25Hz. BTW its a good solenoid and very universal.
