Upgrade issue ECU halted

Hi,
today i tried to update the firmware on my m800 , i was using v2.3 and i updated it to v3.5. However during the update ecu kept throwing errors and not allowing me to finish the update..Any ideas here please?

I would send it in to Motec. I hope you have a backup of your tune.

Also, before you do that, did you try another laptop?

it seems to be back working now, i updated the usb to can firmware and then disconnected the ecu. After i ran the update againit worked this time. Think its all sorted now, but very strange issue tho. Might send it to motec for check over anyways.

It is possible that this was caused by your UTC having the old firmware version which you have now updated. If it is working ok now there should be no need to send it back to MoTeC.

yes the problem was caused by UTC not being updated aswell, its working ok now,
