Yes, they have recently added this mode. I'll admit I've never used it but noticed it in the setup 6 or so months ago.

(note by mode I mean diesel not that specific car)

The M800 has a diesel mode which allows you to have more control over the injection timing but it hasn't got the necessary drivers to run the common rail injectors. If you can find a way of driving the injectors you could run it. We are working on a diesel/direct injection ECU at the moment wich will have all the necessary drivers but this is not available yet.

Thank you RossB for your answer but I would like an ECU to control this injection.
I hope you will develop drivers soon, i'm staying away and waiting.

Do you have a time frame on that ECU. We will be starting a project soon with a BMW 135i (direct injection gasoline). I am confident I can figure out a way to run it all but it sure would be a lot easier if it was all in one clean package.

I don't have a time frame for this ECU, I have a lot things to do before optimising the engine. I can wait results of your project... and a clean package...
Thx

--edit--
 If a "time frame" means a calendar to finish optimising, I would like to say that I can wait. And if a "time frame" means the program of the ECU, I d'ont have it. Sorry for my bad english

Sorry for the confusion I was trying to ask Ross who had mentioned they were working on a diesel direct injection ECU if they (MoTeC) had a time frame on that ecu.

Not sure exactly when it will be ready for sale yet but I would say it is some time off at the moment. The "M1" ECUs are based on a completely new platform with nothing in common with the M800 so it is a big project! There is still a fair bit of work and testing to be done so unfortunately I do not have a release date at this stage.
