Postby insomnia on Wed May 06, 2009 7:07 pm

Hi,
i search the solution to control two solenoid for increase or decrease the turbo boost..
is that possible with the M800?
the wastegate use a spring for 7psi boost. i want to use air pressure (like a pneumatic shifter)to have more boost,
but not more as 30psi. i use a wastegate from Tial.
any idea?
Thanks for all infos

So your waste gate has a port on both sides of the diaphragm?

You only need one control valve, and set it up as per the drawing here
http://motec.com.au/filedownload.php/v14.pdf?docid=1307

The boost control setup in the m800 is comprehensive and you may need some help in setup. If so, please consult your local motec dealer.

Get yourself a 4-port solenoid and that will controll both ports of the wastegate from one output from ur motec.
