Alternative Fuel Settings

Postby Zoto on Sun Jun 28, 2026 11:52 am

I've got a M130 successfully running on a 2 litre 4 cylinder turbo engine - running both pump gas (street) and E85 (track) with Flex sensor and fuel pressure sensor.
I would appreciate some help in 2 areas to further fine tune.

Alternative Fuel Flex Fuel Flow Correction Trim - what typical settings would I expect for this table? Currently all set to 0. Injectors are 0 280 158 040.

Fuel Film Film Scale Flex Primary - This table currently set to 0, albeit starting recommendation is 100%. I have no hesitation etc on acceleration with either fuel, so I'm assuming fuel film calc's etc are in order. I have changed values away from 0% but cannot feel/see any impact, which seems strange??

Appreciate any guidance.

Hi,

The flow correction is only needed if you see a drift in the lambda when going to the alternative fuel, this ismainly to accomodate the varying viscosity of Ethanol based fuels compared to Gasoline based fuels.

If you have no hesitation or stumbling in transient conditions, I would leave this as it is.
