Gear Ratio setting with TCMUX

When setting up the Gear Ratios screen, it asks for the sensor calibration in pulses per rev. What do you enter in the case of using the TCMUX? With the TCMUX, the driven and non driven wheels can have a different number of teeth per revolution. In the case that they are the same, I assume you enter that number? What if they are different?

You set this up in the Digital Input When you select TC Mux as the Digital Input function you set the driven wheel and rolling wheel calibration in the parameters.
