Can’t open the package

Hi everyone

I have a problem when I try to open my ECU with a new laptop.
M1 tune has to download the system file from MoTeC automatically.
But after installed, this Open Package Failed message shows up.
I have the latest version of M1 tune.
Being tried to reinstall the software, same.
Try to update the software, the updates fail to install……
Can someone help me, please.

Hi,

I have added the System 42 installer archive to this reply for you.

We occasionally see this issue with language other than English Windows installations, as they can have characters used in the directory path that are considered invalid. If you do a Help | Repair on the M1 Tune installation, does this fix the issue?

Having this exact same problem on almost every package archive i have. This is on a brand new PC, fresh windows 11 install.

I can open the example file and that's about it, every other package i get this error with a different system file version being missing or corrupt sometimes it's this one, sometimes its version 01.04.00.0105.

I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling. Installing with Admin Rights, installing the utilities with admin rights, rebooting, etc, etc.

All the other software seems to work fine. I have had to resort to remote desktoping to another PC to do offline M1 work on an install we are working on currently.

Have you done a check for updates in the Help drop down menu in Tune?

Can you also do a Repair from the Help drop down menu as well.
