M150 PWM Output Current

M150 PWM Output Current

Hi all, im going to be running an M150 in my new car build and im just working out inputs and outputs to build up my wiring loom.

I will be running a Bosch Pad 12v (0 392 023 004) electric water pump which i believe draws less than 2 amps which id like to pwm control from the M150. Is the M150 capable of running a 2Amp pwm output, or will i have to run it through a solid state relay as with the cooling fan?

Hi Mike,

There's a PDF available from our website called M1 ECU Hardware which details the characteristics of all the different input and output classes.

This should help you work out which resources you should use for different functions:
