Engine not Starting with M150 ECU

Hi,

I'm trying to get a Honda iGX700 engine running on an M150 Motec ECU. I've already set up the engine parameters in M1 Tune, calibrated the injectors, ignition coil, and throttle body, and checked that my wiring is correct. When I try cranking the engine, it doesn't really fire off. Sometimes it starts but then quickly dies. How should I start the troubleshooting process to get my engine running? What should I try to look for or change first?
