Could i build a CAN INTERFACE CABLE?
Parallel to NEUTRIK connector or Parallel to d9.

The Motec CAN cable has quite a bit of circuitry in the parallel connector shell so it is not possible to build one with out this interface circuit board.

to add to Darren's post.

CAN is a serial interface with a serial transmission. What you are proposing is basically sending a serial stream into a parallel system that uses parallel data information. Not a simple task of doing that without adding a serial-parallel convertor in the middle and not any serial stream, CANbus.

Look at the older printers that had a serial AND parallel port on it. Not very easy way to go between both.
