I dunno, checked all wiring, new tps, everything I can think of.
It’s gotta be the %v ?

Have you re-calibrated the Throttle Pedal Position Sensor? Does the output vary smoothly with pedal operation? Does it continue to only fail when the engine is running?

Where are you located? Perhaps we could refer you to a MoTeC dealer near you to take a look in person.

Or perhaps you could work remotely to debug this issue. You would need a internet connection (WiFi?) in addition to your connection to the M1 (Ethernet usually).

What tools do you have? Voltmeter? Oscilloscope?
Do you have wiring documentation on your M1 harness?

I have all that except oscilloscopes but I bet a friend has one

I did rescale it.

Heres a new log. I have rescaled it. Its doing almost the same thing the old one did, still have to blip the throttle to get it to clean up.
I currently have the sensor off the pedal (lokar still has the entire petal assembly) so im just using a screwdriver to turn the drive. it does have a decent little dead zone up top near max but they might not even get into that zone when its attached to the petal assembly, but none the less shouldnt be doing this.
I really dont wanna run new wires from the m1 to the pedal for testing because its all raychem sleeved and booted, have well over 20grand in the harness.

So when this is happening, the Throttle Pedal Sensor Main voltage and Tracking Voltage both measure a 1V peak-to-peak noise addition, But otherwise it's steady and noise free. As a work-around (just for testing), you could try changing the Throttle Pedal Sensor Main (and Tracking) Voltage Filter from 5ms to 50 ms.

Also from your config, we see that the following sensors share the same power supply as the pedal:

Coolant Pressure
Oil Temperature
Oil Pressure
Exhaust Pressure Bank 1

Of these, Exhaust pressure wasn't in the log. The rest were logged, and the signals for Oil Temp and Pressure seem reasonable, both when this noise is occurring and not, the Coolant Pressure seems to be affected, as it rises from 4 kPa to about 13-15 kPa, then returns back to about 5 kPa when the pedal shows no noise. I would look carefully at the harness between these sensors and the ECU.

I would try disconnecting these sensors probably one at a time to see if they could be the problem. Start with the Coolant Pressure and unplug the sensor while the Throttle Pedal Sensor Main Voltage is showing the noise.

At least this is something to try.

Ok I’ll try that, thank you

Tried that and went further and disconnected alot more sensors, no change. wiggled the crap out of everything no change. if i disonnect the throttle pedal and plug it back in its the same affect as blipping the pedal, then cleans up. seems to be only on first startup, dont feel like i want to attempt to drive this thing if a bad sesnor can change my throttle feel like thats pretty dangerous.
Ill try to find a dealer that I can take it too. Im so sick of this nightmare.

Internal architecture compatible?

Wired up a new GM petal 22741800, its a little bit less temperamental but still does a little nonsense at startup and continutes until a throttle blip.
attached log.
