Startup video not populating full screen

Trying to figure out why this doesnt work.

it did work once but now when i try to ad it now again it doesnt work.

doesnt matter where i pull the video to align it even if the video is only covering top of the screen when i then simulate it doesnt show on top of the screen

If you use the Fit to Page button, does it display the video correctly?

Nope it doesn’t it’s has gaps on bottom and top

The aspect ratio of your video (1280:720 = 1.77) doesn't match the aspect ratio of the screen(800:480 = 1.66), so you are going to have some background shown on the screen.

I suggest you recreate the video into a 800x480 pixels to match the screen size.

Gothca, but even if the video would be oversize shouldnt it cover the whole screen ?

i have a video thats 1280x720 and screen is 800x480 video should cover anyways ? or is there some scaling issue in the software that limits this?

ps. Can confirm that the resized video works better.
