Is it possible to use a fuel sending unit and display the fuel level on the c127?

Yes, it all about the calibration of the sending unit.

Yes, This is possible. You will need the IO Enable in the Dash to do this as you run the signal into an AV input. Depending on the sender in use, and the resistance range of the sensor, you will need to wire a resistor between the 5V and signal wire from the sender to get it to work. The resistance value of the pull up resistor will vary depending on the resistance of the sender, for a 0-90 ohm sender, a 220 ohm resistor is normally used.

Example wiring diagram shown.
