BMW S65B40 with M800 starting engine

has anyone installed an M800 on the V8 S65B40? when starting up, the time for the first ignition action is very long (minimum 3 seconds). maybe because of the variable cam system. the mode used is 50. does anyone have any experience?

Me, but I think it's ok. During startup, the Vanos system may take a moment to adjust, leading to a longer ignition time.

Hey there,

A lot of people who installed an M800 on a V8 S65B40 said that the first spark took a long time, especially when mode 50 was used. The variable cam setup looks like it's giving us some trouble.
