Well here is my project, it's a 1935 Holden bodied Chevrolet Coupe built in Australia.
I have fitted a 2018 Kia Stinger 3.3l twin turbo engine and 8 speed auto gearbox.
At this stage I have purchased a Motec 142 ECU (from Powertune) and am currently attempting to figure out the best way forward with the wiring.
Whether to use the original loom (relays fuses etc.) and gauges or a PDM and a digital dash. I'm using the Kia steering column and steering wheel, seats, accelerator, brake pedal and would also like to integrate the Kia multimedia system (Stereo, gps, screen and reverse camera).
In any event it should be quite a big learning experience and the car will be for cruising and interstate travel.
I'm almost ready to deal with modifying the turbo merge pipe, unfortunately the FMIC, air conditioning condenser, radiator and thermo fan up front don't leave a whole lot of room for the merge pipe but I'll make it fit somehow.
