SDC2 OEM Connector Wiring Tools

Hi,
I am installing a SDC2v into a JDM Sti RA MY99, adding in wheel speeds sensor etc.

My biggest challenge is in removing contacts from the OEM Connector. I have all new shells and contacts but extracting a contact is nigh on impossible, there HAS to a better way.

Could anyone recommend a tool to de-pin this style of factory connector.

The SDC plug is similar to the Subaru OEM ECU connectors. Turns out i needed skills not extra tools.
