Reduce fuel the amount of fuel | enable solenoid

Hey Folks,

I’m doing an interesting project with Hydrogen and petrol. I finally got the engine working, still some RPM fluctuation as my flywheel got 3 missing teeth but at least the engine is doing what I expected. The question is:
Am I able to create a map or a fuel table that uses RPM, throttle, timing my solenoid to open, and adv or retard.
For example:
Normal map:
RPM : 1500
Fuel : 10%
Advanced: 12 °

What I would like to achieve:
Normal map:
RPM : 1500
Fuel : 9%
Advanced: 4 °
Solenoid open for 0.2 seconds.

In reality I need reduce the fuel amount and inject hydrogen trough the solenoid. Has anyone ever did something similar and got an advice?
