Problem with Ecu Manger 3.5

I have a problem with the last software 351M2, the M800, in this case climbed on on subaru STI N12, when I activate the multiconfig on AT5 and AT6, therefore slot3, makes me activate the ALS even if the set up in overrun boost fashions it is 0.
With the software 350L didn't do him/it.
What can I do?
