Hi,

The NoSync error means that the ECU is not seeing the Sync signal, without this it will not synchronise so the engine will not start, you will need to check the wiring for the Sync Signal. The injector errors are also going to be wiring related if no changes have been made to the ECU settings or injectors. Do you still have the injector ballast resistor box in the loom, or was this removed when the wiring was cleaned up?

Hello , Thanks for the reply
The injectors we currently have in are ID1050cc , i don’t think we have a resistor box. But can the missing sync signal cause the injectors to not fire ?

Start the engine without the ecu being connected to ecu manager. Run the engine, then stop the engine. Then download the log file. Look in the log file to see what errors are occurring when.

If you have ecu manager open the errors don't automatically clear, so you will not be getting a clear indication of what is going on. Unless you're running some weird 2 stroke mode the engine will not start without a sync signal at the point it fires. Therefore you need to see when the sync signal is actually going missing.

It's not abnormal to have injector errors and sync errors when cranking starts, need to see which errors sustain when engine runs.
