Hi Ralf,
Which Package are you using in the M1? There are some differences in the CAN messaging between the Packages so I will need this information.

Hi Ralf,
We found out today that the UK office has been having an issue with emails that was stopping a largish percentage of them from being delivered, this has now been resolved. Can you try resending your request to them as they wrote the Package that you are using, and know the CAN Message layout.
