Engine run time log excluding warm up

Postby Scott Crawford on Tue Apr 19, 2022 3:41 am

I am sure I am making this way more complex than need be. I am trying to have a data channel or report that shows run time on track and not warming up in the pits. So run time over 3k rpm for example. What is the best way to do this? I tried to make a math channel using the "invalid" function using the help example but am can't get worked out.

Thanks in advance!

What device are you logging from? The Engine Log in an ADL, or C185 is the best way to do this. Or it can be done pretty easy with preserved channels in a C125. Nice thing about doing it in the dash, is the time is accumulated regardless of if data is downloaded and processed.

I should have mentioned that. I'm logging on M130 ecus. Thank you for the reply David, I met you back in probably 2010 at Motec West training with Simon. I really appreciate your help.
