M8 No Injector Pulse.

Hi. I have a problem with a M8. I have lost all injector pulse. And I get a error with all injectors going open Curcit. Motor is a Holden Group A with 803 injectors running a Motec loom. Done all the simple things Check for +12v at the plugs. No broken wires.Even in Dia mode I still cant get injectors to fire. All of the rest of the computer is working fine.Have taken a plug out to make sure that the computer can still count. All good. Gone back to a old program to check for bugs in software.

Hi,

Most situations when OPEN errors occur, it is due to wiring problems and this means that the injectors are not getting enough current. I can see you have completed some of the following tasks but you can check the power wiring to the injector circuit when the engine is off and ensure that the correct size wire is being used, all connections are good, wires aren't damaged and also measure the voltage in these wires. Has the motor been running before? or the injectors changed recently? If you have any logging that would be useful to share as well. If you check in the diagnostic errors view screen when winding the engine over (press F3), does ref/sync synchronization go to "ok"?
