DC - Text manipulation, rotate/flip?

Hey Friends, new to Display Creator and am looking to see how far I can push the dash I'm working on. I'm trying to flip a text field horizontally, vertically or rotate it to have an off-angle orientation. I can't seem to find any controls for these types of manipulations. It is true that text fields can only exist in a perfectly horizontal configuration?

Any ideas?

At this stage text can only be horizontal. We have a feature request in our system to allow setting a rotational angle for text but at this stage it hasn't been give a target version so I don't know when or even if it will be implemented
