Timing lock

Do we have to check and recalibrate timing lock for set the trigger offset on 86 package v5 ?

The Reference Offset value should always be validated for any Package when it is first installed. If no changes are made to the engine mechanically then the same calibrated number can be used throughout further Package upgrades. If any changes are made to the engine mechanically then this value should be revalidated.

The engine is all stock
But something made the TCU receive the wrong data so it wont change gear like the way it should be.
