CAN output for AEM CD-5 dash

Hi all

Recently purchased a AEM 5in dash for the hilux to monitor the truck. Is there a specific .dbc file for the diesel package for all the CAN info.

I hope i made this clear enough.

One thing i noticed in the dash software is that the Lambda only reads up to 2.55 the diesel package reads up to 10 is there a way to scale this in the .dbc file so that it reads correctly?

Hi John,

Below is the .dbc file for the Diesel messaging.

A max value of 2.55 is going to limit what you see with a Diesel a fair bit. You can change the scale in the .dbc file to adjust the range but you will obviously then have to work out in your head what the actual value is when you look at the Dash.

Hi Adrian

I had a look through the .dbc file that you provided and there appears to be a channel called Exhaust lambda large im thinking this will allow the AEM dash to read a value up to Lambda 10 as it allows me to do that in simulation.

Just curious but that .bdc file you provided is that the latest version for the 1kd package.
