MoTeC C185 dash firmware upgrade

Hi,

I have a C185 dash. I tried to update the firmware to this dash using the C185_613E11 dash manager version (last upgrade for the mentioned dash at your website), but got the following error message.

I am using a laptop with Windows 10 installed on it.

Could you please give us any advice in order to solve this issue?
