.DBC file into C127

Hi,

I have a nicely working setup created in dash manager for my C127. This uses CAN data from M880/PDM as well as hardwired inputs and so on.

I now also have a .DBC file from a 3rd party piece of hardware that will go in the car, and I want to try and use CAN1 on the C127 to import this data. When I try and import this file into dash manager, it appears the file is empty/non existent.

To check this, I tried to load this into display creator (my dash doesn't have this upgrade, and I wasnt planning to buy it at the moment). The file opens in DC and shows the correct channels, message IDs etc.

I suspect the DBC file is in extended format, but is there a way to convert/export/import this into the C127 to show this data? This is relatevely new to me, I am learning fast and its coming together well but my background is harnesses not software/CAN!

The dbc should import into Dash Manager fine if it works in DC. Can you send me the dbc file to support@motec.com.au so I can test it.
