Correct, selecting the calibration from the drop down list loads the required settings for that calibration.
The wiring looks correct for the fuel pump.
With the ignition coils, you need to have two electrical paths for them to work correctly, the first is from the battery to the coil, and then back to the battery, and the second is from the coil, through the spark plug into the cylinder head and then back to the coil, thus the two different pins.
