D1 Internal Channels

Postby Anthony on Thu Jan 02, 2020 3:04 pm

Hi All, I'm using a D175 display, with an M150. (no logger)

I have managed to configure and get the display to function but is there any way to get the internal dash channels as you would with a C1** ie things like device up time, dash batt volts etc etc also is there a way to control the shift lights and extra led's on the D1?

Below is an example DC config that has the shift lights setup and all of the internal channels available. The example just has all of the shift lights come on when Engine Speed exceeds 5000rpm. You will need to setup multiple global conditions to get the shift lights to work as required.

At the moment it is a bit of a manual process but there is a ticket in our system to implement it as a built in feature. Unfortunately I don't know when this will be implemented at this stage.

Thanks for sending this through Adrian, it has definitely saved me a lot of time.

I have setup the shift lights and warning lights already via the ECU but would like to be able to control the extra 2 side LEd's possible?

Unfortunately because of the way the messaging works it is a bit more difficult to get all 10 LEDs working by manually setting up the CAN messages.

Really the only possible way at the moment is if you have another MoTeC C1xx Dash and get that to control the LED's on the D175.
